What Happens If I Don’t Renew?
Expired Support and Maintenance
Customers with expired NAKIVO Backup & Replication support and maintenance agreements automatically lose all access to:
- New NAKIVO Backup & Replication updates and patches: Customers will no longer benefit from free updates to the latest versions and new features and functionality.
- Technical support: Customers will no longer be able to receive assistance from NAKIVO technical support engineers.
Expired Subscription License
Customers with expired subscription licenses automatically lose access to their data protection jobs in NAKIVO Backup & Replication and can no longer back up and/or recover their data.
