Webinar in a Box Program Terms and Conditions

Conduct a webinar with potential virtualization end-users within the Webinar in a Box Package (the “Webinar”) and get the eligible incentives described in the terms and conditions.

By participating in this Program, you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and NAKIVO Privacy Policy available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). If you disagree with the Terms and/or Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Program.

1. PROGRAM PERIOD

Start date: January 1, 2026.
End date: March 31, 2026.

2. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

  • NAKIVO partners who conduct a webinar with their potential virtualization end-users within the Webinar in a Box Package (the “Webinar”) are eligible to participate in the Program. For the purpose of this Program a virtualization end-user means a company or an organization which uses virtual machines in their IT environment.
  • Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.
  • The Program is available worldwide.

3. PROGRAM INCENTIVES

  • USD 100 Amazon eGift Card or equivalent value (EUR 80, or GBP 70) for conducting a Webinar with at least 10 virtualization end-users attendees.
  • USD 50 Amazon eGift Card (or equivalent value (EUR 40, GBP 35) to offer as an incentive awarded to one of attendees in a raffle/quiz during the webinar. The winner is to be chosen in a random draw among all webinar attendees, or among attendees who is the first to answer a quiz question in the chat.
  • Converting your cold leads into hot prospects.
  • 1-Month Free Trial for all Webinar attendees.
  • Free Technical Workshop for all Webinar attendees.

4. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants must fill out the short form to confirm their participation in the Program.
  • Participants must conduct a live Webinar for at least 10 virtualization end-users attendees on a chosen topic from the Webinar in a Box package.
  • Participants must share the attendee list with NAKIVO, with permission to follow up with the attendees.
  • Participation in the Program is free. No NAKIVO product purchases are required to participate.

5. AMAZON EGIFT CARDS

  • Number of USD 50 or equivalent value (EUR 40, GBP 35) Amazon eGift Card is limited to one per Webinar.
  • Number of USD 100 Amazon eGift Cards or equivalent value (EUR 80, or GBP 70) is limited to one per Webinar.
  • Each Eligible Participant (company) may receive only one (1) Amazon eGift Card. Participation in the Program is limited to one (1) employee and/or authorized company representative.
  • Amazon eGift Cards shall be sent to Eligible Participants who have fully met the Program Requirements within two (2) weeks after the conducted Webinar ends and the list of attendees is rendered to NAKIVO, via dedicated email address.

6. RIGHTS TO SUBMITTED INFORMATION

You hereby grant NAKIVO and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Webinar responses for improving, marketing, and/or selling NAKIVO’s products. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the use of the information submitted in the Survey is governed by NAKIVO’s Privacy Policy.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

  • NAKIVO is not responsible for: registration errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures in connection with your participation.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right in its sole discretion to (1) terminate or modify the Program and/or these terms at any time, for any reason, and without further notice, and (2) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Program.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right of refusal of any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Program eligibility and participation.
  • NAKIVO makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Program, or the use of the Amazon eGift Card card including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, and customs fees due in connection with the Amazon eGift Card, its delivery, and its use.
  • NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
  • This Program cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs if otherwise is not determined by NAKIVO.
  • The Program is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
