Attend the Attend the NAKIVO webinar ““Backup for Proxmox VE: Best Practices for Data Security” and get a chance to win one of three $100 Amazon eGift cards by scheduling and attending a demo with a NAKIVO Specialist within 2 weeks after the webinar, or win one USD 25 or equivalent value (EUR 20, GBP 15) Amazon eGift Card in a random draw for sharing your feedback in the post-webinar survey (the “Survey”).
By participating in the promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree with the Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.
1. Promotion Period
Start date: April 15, 2025.
End date: April 30, 2025.
2. Promotion Awards and Initiatives.
AWARD 1: One of three $100 Amazon eGift cards.
- Eligibility: Only organizations who have never purchased NAKIVO Backup & Replication and are represented by attendees at the ““Backup for Proxmox VE: Best Practices for Data Security” webinar (the “Webinar”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Mandatory requirements for eligibility to participate in the random drawing:
- Register using your corporate email account and attend the Webinar. Public email domains such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. are not qualified for the Promotion.
- Only one representative per organization can be eligible.
- The participant must be using a hypervisor in their environment including: VMware, Proxmox VE, Hyper-V or Nutanix AHV.
- Schedule and attend a demo with a NAKIVO specialist within 2 weeks from the Webinar date.
AWARD 2: USD 25 or equivalent value (EUR 20, GBP 15) Amazon eGift Card.
- Eligibility: Only organizations represented by attendees at the ““Backup for Proxmox VE: Best Practices for Data Security” webinar (the “Webinar”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Actions necessary for participation: (a) Respond to the Survey prior to the end of the Webinar session (without disconnecting from the Webinar)or (b) Respond to the Survey obtained via the link in the post-Webinar email. Survey responses must be submitted and received before the Promotion End Date.
- Number of Awards: The total number of Award 2 Amazon eGift Cards assignable during the Promotion is limited to three (3).
- Award assignment: The one (1) winner will be announced on May 2, 2025, via email. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries via Randompicker.com.
- Award Delivery: Award will be sent to the assigned Eligible Participants by May 9, 2025, via email.
3. General terms and conditions.
- Each Eligible Participant (company) may receive only one award of each kind. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one employee and/or authorized company representative.
- Participants must use a business email address and enter the company name to participate in Webinar and the Promotion.
- Attending the Webinar by the representatives of eligible Participants is necessary for participation in the Promotion.
- Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.
- Participation in the Promotion is free. You do not need to make any purchases from NAKIVO to participate.
- The Promotion is available worldwide.
4. Rights to Submitted Information
You hereby grant NAKIVO and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Webinar responses for improving, marketing, and/or selling NAKIVO’s products. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the use of the information submitted in the Survey is governed by NAKIVO’s Privacy Policy.
5. Miscellaneous
- NAKIVO is not responsible for: registration errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures in connection with your participation.
- No purchase, payment or valuable consideration necessary to enter or win. Open to participants of legal age. Void at the states or territories, where prohibited by law. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
- NAKIVO reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond NAKIVO reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by NAKIVO. NAKIVO further reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
