By participating in this Promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and NAKIVO Privacy Policy available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with the Terms and/or Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period

Start date: March 13, 2024.
End date: March 29, 2024.

2. Promotion Awards and Initiatives.

AWARD 1: USD 50 or equivalent value (EUR 40, GBP 40) Amazon eGift Cards.

  • Eligibility: Companies which have never been previously registered as NAKIVO Partners, that are attending the Webinar.
  • Actions necessary for participation: a) Attend the Webinar, b) Sign up for NAKIVO partner program at https://www.nakivo.com/es/partner/partner-sign-up/ (EN - https://www.nakivo.com/partner/partner-sign-up/) c) Download the Free Trial of NAKIVO Backup & Replication, and d) Send a support bundle or screenshot of a successful backup or replication job to support@nakivo.com.
  • Number of Awards: The total number of Award 1 Amazon eGift Cards assignable during the Promotion is limited to five (5) per one session.
  • Award assignment: The first five (5) Eligible Participants who sign up for NAKIVO partner program within the term of one (1) week after the Webinar session on March 21 (EMEA/North America session), March 13 (Spain/Mexico/Latin America session) may claim the Award. Award is assigned on a first come - first served basis.
  • Award Delivery: Award sent to the assigned Eligible Participants via email within two (2) weeks after successful registration as NAKIVO partner.

AWARD 2: USD 25 or equivalent value (EUR 20, or GBP 20) Amazon eGift Card.

  • Eligibility: Companies which have never been previously registered as NAKIVO Partners, that are attending the Webinar.
  • Actions necessary for participation: (a) Respond to the Survey prior to the end of the Webinar sessions on March 21, 2024 or March 13, 2024 (without disconnecting from the Webinar) or (b) Respond to the Survey obtained via the link in the post-Webinar email. Survey responses must be submitted and received before the Promotion End Date.
  • Number of Awards: The total number of Award 2 Amazon eGift Cards assignable during the Promotion is limited to a single one (1).
  • Award assignment: The one (1) Award winner will be announced on April 4, 2024, via e-mail. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries via Randompicker.com.
  • Award Delivery: Award sent to the assigned Eligible Participants by April 12, 2024, via e-mail.

3. General terms and conditions.

  • Each Eligible Participant (company) may receive only one award of each kind. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one employee and/or authorized company representative.
  • Participants must use a business email address and enter the company name to participate in Webinar and the Promotion.
  • Attending the Webinar by the representatives of eligible Participants is necessary for participation in the Promotion.
  • Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.
  • Participation in the Promotion is free. You do not need to make any purchases from NAKIVO to participate.
  • The Promotion is available worldwide.

4. Rights to Submitted Information

You hereby grant NAKIVO and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Webinar responses for improving, marketing, and/or selling NAKIVO’s products. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the use of the information submitted in the Survey is governed by NAKIVO’s Privacy Policy.

5. Miscellaneous

  • NAKIVO is not responsible for: registration errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures in connection with your participation.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right in its sole discretion to (1) terminate or modify the Promotion and/or these terms at any time, for any reason, and without further notice, and (2) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right of refusal of any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Promotion eligibility and participation.
  • NAKIVO makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Survey, or the use of the Amazon eGift Card including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, and customs fees due in connection with the Amazon eGift Card, its delivery, and its use.
  • NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
  • This Promotion cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs if otherwise is not determined by NAKIVO.
  • The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
