By participating in the promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree with the Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Awards and Initiatives.

AWARD 1: USD 50 or equivalent value (EUR 40, GBP 35) Amazon eGift Card.

• Eligibility: Only resellers and distributors who are attendees of the NAKIVO partner training webinar “How to Win Virtualization Customers with NAKIVO: Supported Platforms, Features and Reseller Opportunities” webinar (the “Webinar”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• Actions necessary for participation: a) Register and attend the Webinar, b) Attendees who complete 3 polls during the NAKIVO partner webinar are automatically entered into the lucky draw. The winner will be picked by the Bigmarker lucky draw tool at the end of the webinar.
• Number of Awards: The total number of Award 1 Amazon eGift Cards assignable during the Promotion is limited to one (1) per webinar, seven (7) total.
• Award assignment: One winner shall be selected in the lucky draw at the end of each Webinar session on March 5 (EMEA, Asia/Australia, Americas sessions), March 3 (Spain and LATAM sessions), March 4 (Italian session, French session). The draw shall be performed using an independent tool provided by the BigMarker webinar platform. NAKIVO CANNOT influence the result of the lucky draw.
• Award Delivery: Award will be sent to the assigned Eligible Participants via registered email within two (2) weeks after the end date of Promotion.

AWARD 2: USD 35 or equivalent value (EUR 30, GBP 25) Amazon eGift Card.

• Eligibility: Only resellers and distributors who are attendees of the “How to Win Virtualization Customers with NAKIVO: Supported Platforms, Features and Reseller Opportunities” webinar (the “Webinar”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• Actions necessary for participation: (a) Respond to the Survey prior to the end of the Webinar session on March 5 (EMEA, Asia/Australia, Americas sessions), March 3 (Spain and LATAM sessions), March 4 (Italian session, French session), without disconnecting from the Webinar or (b) Respond to the Survey obtained via the link in the post-Webinar email. Survey responses must be submitted and received before the Promotion End Date.
• Number of Awards: The total number of Award 2 Amazon eGift Cards assignable during the Promotion is limited to seven (7).
• Award assignment: The seven (7) winners (one per each Webinar) will be announced by March 19, via email. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries via Randompicker.com.
• Award Delivery: Award will be sent to the assigned Eligible Participants by March 27, 2026, via email.

3. General terms and conditions.

• Each Eligible Participant (company) may receive only one award of each kind. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one employee and/or authorized company representative.
• Participants must use a business email address and enter the company name to participate in Webinar and the Promotion.
• Attending the Webinar by the representatives of eligible Participants is necessary for participation in the Promotion.
• Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.
• Participation in the Promotion is free. You do not need to make any purchases from NAKIVO to participate.
• The Promotion is available worldwide.

5. Miscellaneous

• NAKIVO is not responsible for: registration errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures in connection with your participation.
• No purchase, payment or valuable consideration necessary to enter or win. Open to participants of legal age. Void at the states or territories, where prohibited by law. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
• NAKIVO reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond NAKIVO reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by NAKIVO. NAKIVO further reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
• NAKIVO reserves the right of refusal of any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Promotion eligibility and participation.
• NAKIVO makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Survey, or the use of the Amazon eGift Card including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, and customs fees due in connection with the Amazon eGift Card, its delivery, and its use.
• NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
• This Promotion cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs if otherwise is not determined by NAKIVO.
