By participating in the promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree with the Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

2. Eligible Products

New subscription licenses for Backup for Microsoft 365 from NAKIVO are eligible for the Promotion.

3. Promotion Description

Receive a 15% discount on new Backup for Microsoft 365 subscription licenses.

4. Promotion Requirements

  • Eligibility: Only organizations who have never purchased NAKIVO Backup for Microsoft 365 and are represented by attendees at the “Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup: Overcoming Native Data Protection Limitations” on-demand webinar (the “Webinar”) are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  • Actions necessary for participation: a) Register and attend the Webinar, b) Schedule a demo with a NAKIVO representative via this link, and download and deploy a Free Trial of NAKIVO Backup & Replication during one week after the end of the webinar, c) Eligible Participants may purchase a Backup for Microsoft 365 subscription license(s) with a 15% discount during the Promotion Period directly from NAKIVO.
  • NAKIVO will check all requirements completion and confirm the eligibility.
  • Promotion Limitations: The number of participants in the Promotion during the Promotion Period is limited to one hundred (100). The Promotion is limited to one request for Eligible Product per end user.

5. General terms and conditions.

  • Each Eligible Participant (company) may receive only one offer. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one employee and/or authorized company representative.
  • Participants must use a business email address and enter the company name to participate in Webinar and the Promotion.
  • Attending the Webinar by the representatives of eligible Participants is necessary for participation in the Promotion.
  • Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.
  • Participation in the Promotion is free. You do not need to make any purchases from NAKIVO to participate.
  • The Promotion discount is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • The Promotion is available worldwide.

6. Rights to Submitted Information

You hereby grant NAKIVO and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Webinar responses for improving, marketing, and/or selling NAKIVO’s products. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the use of the information submitted in the Webinar is governed by NAKIVO’s Privacy Policy.

7. Miscellaneous

  • NAKIVO is not responsible for: registration errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures in connection with your participation.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right in its sole discretion to (1) terminate or modify the Promotion and/or these terms at any time, for any reason, and without further notice, and (2) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right of refusal of any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Promotion eligibility and participation.
  • NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
  • This Promotion cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs if otherwise is not determined by NAKIVO.
  • The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
