NAKIVO Partner Program Terms and Conditions
NAKIVO Partner Program allows NAKIVO Partners to access higher discounts, additional quarterly product promotions, free technical and sales training, exceptional technical support and other benefits.
Partner Onboarding
- Fill out the partner sign up form.
- Download the full-featured Free Trial of NAKIVO Backup & Replication.
- Install the product in your environment.
- Create and run a backup or replication job.
- Send a support bundle or a screenshot of your successful job to support@nakivo.com.
- Upon approving your support bundle or screenshot of a successful backup or replication job by our specialists, you will receive a Welcome Letter containing your credentials to NAKIVO Partner Portal.
Program Benefits
NAKIVO offers four Partner levels:
Basic, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, with the following benefits:

*Specific discounting rules:
- Up to 10% for all levels – if a deal in the Territory is developed by NAKIVO, but redirected and transacted by the partner;
- Up to 10% for all levels – if a deal in the Territory is developed by NAKIVO, but redirected and transacted by the distributor;
- Up to 10% for all levels – if NAKIVO products or services are purchased exclusively for a partner’s internal use;
- Up to 10% on renewals for all levels – if a deal in the Territory is not transacted through the partner initially;
- Up to 5% on renewals for all levels – if a partner does not bring any new opportunities within a year
**An activated partner is a partner who has successfully closed at least one sale to NAKIVO.
Program Requirements
In order to participate in the Program, you agree to meet the following requirements for the Basic, Bronze, Silver, or Gold level:

Miscellaneous
- Herein the company (including any affiliates) or individual, applying for participation in this Partner Program, is referenced herein by “you” and “your”. Unless otherwise specified in the Program, “NAKIVO” means the legal entity organized and existing under the laws of Nevada, USA, with principal office at 4894 Sparks Blvd., Sparks, NV, USA 89436 – 8202.
- In this Partner Program, the check-mark symbol (
) means “yes”, and depending on context, confirms rights or obligations; the cross-mark symbol (
) means “no” or “n/a” and depicts the inapplicability of a certain clause. - NAKIVO reserves the right to downgrade a partner’s Program level in case of the partner’s failure to meet Program level requirements.
- Discounts, free services or prizes granted herein cannot be granted in advance, postponed or reconciled and are granted according to NAKIVO terms, supplement policies and NAKIVO business practices.
- NAKIVO reserves the sole right to revise or cancel the Partner Program at any time, for any reason and without further notice.
- NAKIVO reserves the right of refusal of any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or criteria outlined herein for Program eligibility and participation.
- NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability related to the results of this Program and cannot be held liable for any unfulfilled expectations or plans.
- This Program is subject to applicable laws and regulations and may be limited or void where prohibited. In case any provision of this Program shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
- You may enjoy the benefits of this Program only upon NAKIVO’s assignment to you of either Basic, Bronze, Silver or Gold level at NAKIVO’s sole discretion.
- If you have met all requirements for a higher partner level sooner than 12 months after entering your current partner level, your partner level will be upgraded, and you may use the benefits of the higher partner level starting from the first day of the next month.
- If you have not met all requirements for the current partner level within the previous 12 months, your level will be downgraded and you may use the benefits of the lower partner level starting from the first day of the next month.
- NAKIVO reserves the right to make your participation in this Program known to its contractors, affiliates or general public.
