Identifying Information. When you download, install, access, or use the Product you will be asked to provide the following identifying information: account user ID, password and your e-mail. The Product will also automatically collect and send NAKIVO your basic infrastructure data such as the operating system the Product runs on, hypervisors, repositories, VMs in the Product inventory, information on the Product license, Product logs, and other Product-related information.
If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Product or delete it from your device.
What NAKIVO Will Do With Your Information. The information we collect helps us to develop and improve our Products and deliver a better and more personalized experience to our end-users. NAKIVO may also use the information in an aggregate, non-identified form for research purposes and to help make sales, marketing, and business decisions. The information is retained by NAKIVO and will only be used by NAKIVO to support your customer relationship with NAKIVO by enabling NAKIVO to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Products according to your individual interests, recognize you when you use the Product. NAKIVO may also use your e-mail to contact you about NAKIVO goods and services that may be of interest to you.
